It may surprise you to hear that Jesus speaks in your mind with the same resonance as your own thoughts. Yes, that means, that when you ask Jesus a question that the answer will sound like your own thought. In fact your first thought will be, that’s just me speaking back to myself and yet even that thought did not originate with you.

If Satan would love one thing of a person that has given their life to Jesus Christ it would be that they don’t hear from Jesus. I ask you folks, what sort of person who would give His life on a cross for you would deny you His own voice to comfort you.? Jesus is powerful but He isn’t forceful. He promises in the scriptures that He stands outside knocking on our door and if we invite Him in He will come and sup with us.

Honestly can you imagine having dinner with a person and them not speaking to you?

It’s a ridiculous thought isn’t it?

We all go out to dinner to get to know someone that we are growing in our affection for, to ask questions and speak freely and get to know each other. Jesus promises us that if we let Him in He will come and sup with us. And you can bet He wants to speak.

I have spoken to Jesus for hundreds and hundreds of hours. I ask Him questions and talk about His life in heaven. One time Jesus asked me to ask for something like God His Father asked the king Solomon. I asked that I might have more dreams and visions and from that prayer to now I have been fortunate to have met Jesus on earth many many times and been to heaven on five exceptional trips where I saw parts of heaven and met people up there including the Father.

Jesus is a real human God, he is every part human and every part God. And like a person he likes to share what is on His mind. We were created to speak back and forth to God and His Son. Why should we in the 21st century not be able to walk and talk to God like Adam did?

Did God change His character?

What is the purpose of the Holy Spirit, if He is not to re-connect us to God and Jesus?

What are you waiting for my friends?

Jesus has told me some wonderful things. He has told me that I am going to be involved in revival as a preacher in my country Australia and all around the world. He has told me that He is proud of Me. He has told me that He has great plans for my life. He has told my mother that he is coming back soon. He has told a friend of mine that I have a massive future in God ahead of me. Jesus has told me the things that make Him sad. He has shared with me the things that make Him happy. He has told me that Mel Gibson is one of his heroes and is going to get a massive welcome into for his movie The Passion of the Christ

Jesus has appeared to me and shown me his back after they whipped him prior to his crucifixion. His back was a lot worse then the movie. Jesus has taken me in a vision to the room of the last supper and I have watched them break bread 2000 years ago. Jesus has shown me scenes out of the Bible in visions. Jesus has shown me events in his life. I have seen Him and His mother Mary studying the scriptures when he was a boy.

All this is possible my friend.

When you are a deep intimate friend of Jesus and not one of the world and its lusts, then Jesus shows himself and His life to you. No longer is your experience of Jesus limited to the Bible or sermons but you will know things about Jesus that no one that you know knows!

Jesus Christ is one of the most exciting people to know. He is really huge and He really has the authority to run the universe and the ability to converse with the whole of the world at once, but He also is personable and friendly.

Jesus is everything you want in a friend. He cheers you on when you are suffering. He is your champion who not has only been there and done it before you, but He is a ever present coach to give you direction and insight into what you should do and say in any given situation.

He is such an enjoyable person/God to know. He knows everything about your future. He is the intimate friend to share your dreams with. He does not cut you down, he does not get jealous of who you might become, but is ever present to cheer you on and give your practical advice and leadings and is warm and supportive even when you sin and fall.

He is my very best friend. He walks with me and talks to me and leads me in the way I should go. One day I have been promised by His Father that I will be on stages and able to speak about him to many people. One day I will have the opportunity to pray for thousands in an arena and open their spiritual ears through a prayer of faith and see them all start to converse with Jesus. One day in public, I will be able to pray for people to receive spiritual sight and see thousands of people shout as they see angels on stage with me and all around them. One day, I will have the faith to bless many people when I preach.

About a month ago I was speaking to a lady at my church and asked her if she had ever heard Jesus voice before. When she said she hadn’t I asked her if she had the faith to pray for the gift and hear Jesus. She told me she did and so we prayed and then I asked her to prophesy over me. Simply repeat what Jesus said to her about me. She not only prophesied correctly she asked Jesus a few questions spontaneously and received answers of Jesus. I met her a coupe of weeks ago and she was all smiles, He was still answering her questions.

Would you like to hear from Jesus?

Some of you might think it is the first sign of madness speaking to yourself. Some people sadly cannot get beyond the thought that they might be simply speaking to themselves. An easy way to beat that is ask Jesus a question that you don’t know the answer to.

Ask him what he thinks of the American occupation of Iraq or something that might interest you but you don’t clearly know his thoughts.

If you would like to hear from Jesus simply pray this prayer in faith.

Jesus,

I have faith in you. You and I have history and I have a desire to know you more and more. You promised that you would come in and sup with me if I invited you in. Today I wholly invite you into my heart and seek and ask that you would sup with me and speak to me. I ask you to infuse me with faith and help me and speak kindly to me and help me to not only hear you but direct my questions by inspiration of your Holy Spirit so that I might ask the best questions for us to grow closer and closer together. I know you as my Shepherd and my Teacher and I know my life would be transformed by you speaking to me so I ask that you answer my first, second and following questions. I ask this with my mustard seed of faith with hope in you, a God of promises.

Amen.

Now, simply reader, ask Jesus a question and still your mind and listen. Often the answer will be coming before you have finished asking the question. This is just Jesus way of re- assuring you that you are not speaking to yourself.

Go ahead and ask.

Get a dialogue going

One final note. Sometimes Satan can use a demon to impersonate Jesus and trick you. If you ever doubt that it is really Jesus speaking to you simply ask, Do you confess that Jesus Christ came to earth in the flesh and died for our sins?

If you get a yes you have Jesus.

If you get a no, a curse word or a silence don’t speak to the false spirit.
