Allen Earls, former star athlete at Lumpkin County High School and number three in his graduating class there, has a principal role in Tyler Perry Studios and Lionsgate Film’s major motion picture “Madea Goes to Jail.” Earls, CEO of Sons & Daughters Unlimited, LLC and the son of the late James and Eva Earls of Dahlonega, and Magna Cum Laude graduate of NGCSU, has ventured into Hollywood to have an impact on the entertainment business. After graduating from Harvard Business School’s Executive Program, the young Atlanta business mogul on the rise made it a goal to enter the entertainment business to not only act, but to executive produce certain types of Christian films and television shows.

In the first two weekends after its release in theatres, “Madea Goes to Jail,” also starring Tyler Perry, Derek Luke, Ion Overman and Keisha Knight Pulliam, was the number one movie in America while earning a staggering $64.8 million. The movie continues to be one of the top grossing films. In the film, Earls plays the role of the pastor who will be conducting a wedding ceremony during a very pivotal scene in the movie.

Earls already has a number of television and major motion picture credits under his belt, including a role in a weekly dramatic series for television airing nationally on the Dish Network. He was also a part of the cast of one of the most successful Bible on tape projects of all time: “The Bible Experience - The Complete Bible,” produced by Inspired By Media Group. That project also starred the likes of Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, Blair Underwood and Samuel L. Jackson.

Earls says, “This is only the beginning of what can happen when you put God first and your faith to work, so continue to keep your eyes on the big and small screens because you’ll be seeing a whole lot more of me.”
